Digital camera Review: awful product, don't buy

I bought the washer and dryer just about 2 years ago, since then I have had the service tech out a bunch of times. Now apparently the motor and the pump are broken, they say they are going to fix this but it was taken 3 service calls to get them here, in turn I have not been able to do wash for about 2 weeks now. In between my last service call, Thursday, and today, Monday, the glass on top has completely shattered. I believe this is a really big hazard as I have 2 small children in the house.
I would not under any circumstances recommend this machine.
BTW the only reason it got 1 star is because I had to give it that 1.
