Digital camera Review: I'd give it less stars if it were allowable...

The only thing this radio has going for it is that it's small. Other than that, it's crap. It has many functions but most of them seem to operate on their own or not at all. Definitely not when you want them to. The sound quality is alright for a bathroom, where I had mine, but anywhere else it would not be of any use other than an alarm clock. The controls are VERY difficult to figure out. I was able to get mine to play a cd but to this day I'm not sure how I did it. Push this button, push that button twice, pray, and it would finally play. Then it would repeat the same song over and over while I was in the shower and not able to push more buttons in an attempt to get a different song to play.
I finally had enough of this little gem at 10:25 a.m. on 9/26/2005. That's when I attempted to get it to play a cd and it insisted on repeating the first song over and over and over. I could not find any button or any help in the extremely poorly written manual to get it off of this setting. So I used my own special technique to remove it from this setting and to keep it from ever getting stuck on this setting again. What I did was this. With my right hand firmly balled up into a fist, I raised my arm high over my head and with the proper angle, thrust, speed, and wrist-snap action, I applied immediate and forceful pressure at just the right angle to the top of the unit. As the carefully asserted pressure built up onto the unit's cd door and began to push into the playing cd (same song over and over mode) I felt confident I was on the right track to keep from having this pesky condition ever hinder my music listening pleasure again. Then, as the gentle cracking of the cd door, cd, and ultimately the inner workings of the unit resonnated to my ears, I knew I had reached the heart of the problem. Coincidentally, I had also reached the circuit board and wiring of the unit.
Now, some technicians might have stopped there. But not me! Oh no. I wanted to be sure the problem was fixed. So with barely enough time for any broken plastic pieces to stop spinning on my countertop, I quickly raised and lowered above mentioned fist in the same manner noted above in quick succession numerous times.
And now it's fixed!It will never mis-play again!
Excuse me now while I go get a band aid and a broom.

IT is a little hard to read that manual, but after you learn how to use the radio, I love it! In using the radio and the CD the sound it great much better than my old one, and it is very easy to read the clock at night and also makes a great night light.
