Digital camera Review: Fits the need - snug fit - watch the power switch!

What can I say - it is a case. My Nuvi fits snugly inside and looks fine. Not sure it affords much protection in terms of cushion, but it will save the screen from other objects in the pocket or my wife's purse.
Only annoyance: you really need to watch how you put the Nuvi in or you will inadvertently switch it on. The switch side needs to be by the opening.

An inexpensive, simple, small case just fits the Garmin Nuvi and certainly offers some protection from bumps and scratches. So would the toe of a sock or a cardboard box, at a much lower price.
Most frustrating, this item measures about 3" x 4". The plastic packaging measures about 6" x 9" x 1/2". Amazon says it it too large to ship to my Post Office Box, yet boxes of books are shipped there regularly. At the same time, Amazon refuses to recognize my rural address, which I've been using for more than 18 years. Were it not for the courtesy and cooperation of the University of Wisconsin accepting my mail, I'd have difficulty shopping at Amazom.

This case is a perfect fit for the Garmin nuvi 255. There is no need for a strap to hold the unit in the case, as it is a nice snug fit. Perhaps a "belt loop" would have been nice, but if you are looking for a case to protect your GPS when you put it in a purse or glove compartment this one will do the job.Digital camera Review: GPS case

I like it because it protects my Nuvi and it is easy to put in the pocket, unlike some case logic products which are bulky. Great case but Nuvi slips out once case is broken in. No flap to close it. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star rating.
I would recommend it if you keep your nuvi in the car in your pocket or purse. To carry around by hand, I wouldn't recommend it.
