Works great!
Here in Calif. we can't have GPS's attached to the windshield but the suction cup worked perfect attaching it to the face of the center control panel in our Acura. We now can hear the voice commands clear and we have a better view of the map.

I purchased this Garmin Auto Mount for my Zumo-450 motorcycle gps when using it in the car. It works great unless the windshield is dirty in which case it will release and fall crashing to the floor. Luckily the Zumo is built to withstand such abuse and serves as a reminder to clean the windshield occasionally. The speaker is a bit tinny sounding but allows that obnoxious lady to be heard well enough every time she recalculates.Digital camera Review: Solid mount!

This is a well made mount with a really strong suction cup, and the plastic components are solid. It also comes with a circular plastic mounting surface with double sided tape on it for mounting on a dash surface in case you can't legally mount the GPS on a windshield. While it may seem a little expensive for a GPS mount, this one happens to be worth it.Digital camera Review: Something you really need.........

This is an item you really need if you want to use your Garmin Zumo 450 in your vehicle. I would have given 5 stars but I had to purchase several pieces to get it to work correctly in my vehicle. Not only did I buy the Auto Suction Mount I had to purchase the power cord to have audio to work. Othewise it was a good purchase if you only want to have a GPS and no audio. After more researching I found I could have purchased any of the Garmin Nuvi model and it would have worked as well.......
