The amount of functionality and feedback provided by this watch is awesome. I can download accurate heart rate, pace, elevation, grade onto the software and store them for analysis or comparative analysis with other routes. I've had this about a week and I feel as though I'm just scratching the surface in regards to how this watch will enhance my training. I bought this quick release kit for use with mountain biking duathlons. The price is incredibly reasonable, install took about five minutes and it works great. The replacement watch strap is more comfortable than the original one that came with my 305. The bike mount works fantastic and the 305 stayed clipped in even after a crash. Five Stars are well earned for a well designed product. The delivery was easily within two days. The wrist strap is much better than the original plastic strap that came with my Forerunner 305. The strap removal tool makes the removal of the original strap a breeze. (It can also be used for any other watch band removals) The Forerunner 305 is then easily installed and removed from the quick release wrist strap. The Bike Strap is even easier and requires no tools. Works great and is very secure on the bike. I purchased this kit to allow me to transfer my garmin from run to bike during Triathlon training and race. It works great much easier that the runner band that comes on the watch by default. Easy to snap in and out. I will say be careful with it, I had my watch on my camelpack strap and it got caught when removing the camelpack and I broke one of the pins about an hour before my first Tri, but it did come with spare pins, so was able to correct the issue and worked great for the race.
