This definitely makes wearing and changing over the Forerunner 305 so much nicer and easier. Personally I hate putting on plastic watch bands on for numerous reasons but one of them is that my skin starts breaking out when I start sweating...which obviously occurs every time I would wear this. This item is great. It is really easy to use and it is so much easier to read my Garmin while it is mounted on my bike rather than on my arm (and eliminates funky tan lines). This product puts your Garmin 305/205 right in front of you on your bike. The quick release mount works great and you can take it from your bike to wrist in seconds. The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is it does not fit on my Vision base bar for my tri bike. Works awesome for my road bike though.Digital camera Review: Great accessory for the Garmin.

This is a great product, I have a small wrist and I have found this band to be much more comfortable than the big plastic one; but what I really like is the bike mount. Now I do not have to wear it on my wrist at all while riding, and all the info is right in front of me.
It was extremely easy to put on, they give you all the tools you need with it.
I have not used the setup while doing a triathlon yet, not sure if I will use the bike mount or just leave it on my wrist the entire time, either way it will be faster than trying to put the plastic band on.
