If you have a Forerunner 305 unit, and use it for both running and biking, this is almost a necessary accessory. Switching the band on and off the unit was a hassle, and this eliminates that, which is why I bought it. It does have some shortcomings: one, I think it's a bit overpriced for what it is, two, the wristband is far too short. I think the problem really is that the material used on the end of the band is basically solid/too stiff for the last 1.5 inches. Most fast-wrap bands I have on other watches are flexible except for the last .25 inch or so, giving them much more range for fit.Digital camera Review: Great Accesory to Forerunner 305

This definitely makes wearing and changing over the Forerunner 305 so much nicer and easier. Personally I hate putting on plastic watch bands on for numerous reasons but one of them is that my skin starts breaking out when I start sweating...which obviously occurs every time I would wear this. Snap in attachment for the bike works great. Love not having to look at my wrist when using it on the bike. Zip ties make it easy to attach, flexible with attachment locations, and easy to get new zip ties around town if you need more. Also easy to snap out during tri transitions. The wristband is a little bulky for me and slides on my wrist more than the original rubber wristband does, but again, for a quick switch it does the trick. The concept is that you take the watch off and slap it on your bike. However, getting it on the bike is too time-consuming to be useful to me. You have to remove both straps with a tool to be able to attach it to the clip on your handlebars. When you're ready to run again, you have to reattach the watch straps again. It took me about a minute to do this each time. I had assumed I could just attach the watch without removing the straps.Digital camera Review: Great Product

I bought this to go with my Forerunner 305 to track my training on both bike and runs. Easy to install (both wrist band and bike mount) and works well in both modes. Much easier to read my 305 when mounted on the bike. I actually prefer the Velcro wrist band over the watch band as is easier to get on/off from the swim to bike and bike to run transitions in triathlons where every second counts. Money well spent.
