This windshield bracket sticks well to the window, but it is flimsy. It vibrates too much when the car is in motion. The only way that this can be avoided is to mount it low on the windshield so that the GPS leans against the dash board.Digital camera Review: DOES work with legend CX

The windshield mounting bracket works great with my legend cx. Many people have said it doesnt work, but all you need is the little clip attatchement that came with your legend cx and it fits right onto this unit. Im glad i bought this because i was real skeptical at first with all the negative reviews about incompatability with legend cx receivers. I assure you, as long as you still have the small clip (comes standard with your legend cx) that screws onto the back of your legend cx you can use this windshield mounting bracket.Digital camera Review: Does not fit Venture CX

This is the most ridiculous thing i have ever seen - Garmin web site states that this model number is the correct accessory for Etrex Venture CX GPS. Well, it is not even close. Micro SD slot under the original cover on Etrex Venture CX is preventing the cover from this windshield mount to fit. You would think that SOEMONE form Garmin would test this BEFORE they include it as an accessory that should fit CX Venture, but we were wrong. Perhaps Garmin just does not have enough smart people, because you really need to be a rocket scientist to see the difference between the two battery covers.Digital camera Review: Does work with Legend and Vista Cx

When you buy a Legend or Vista Cx you get a screw in adapter for
the back of your GPS so you don't have to replace the back cover.
Attach the supplied bracket and then you can use this auto mount or
the bicycle mount. Just don't use the back supplied with each of
these mounts since you don't need it.
