Very good GPS at a cheap price. The only things I wish it had were the altitude display on the main screen, and I wish the power cord went to the winshield attachment vice the back of the screen. It is difficult to get to the altitdue display, and plugging it in while driving is tough. Purchased this GPS unit at a nation wide chain store.
Having used it for a few days it is good GPS does not have voice directions which is fine with me. Its pretty basic GPS but will still tell you where you are and where you are going speed,etc.....u can download updates from the Garmin website. It is easy to use. Easy to see u can change the viewing display screen to show less or more detail and if you're driving in bright sunlight or at night. Does have an eco friendly program that shows you how much gas you used and such but i have not used it yet.
Overall a good beginner GPS unit.

You can buy larger screen GPS units with more options for alot more money. But for someone on a tight budget, this is the best GPS for the dollar. The screen is big enough. If you can't see it then you shouldn't be driving!!! So far this unit has worked flawlessly. Highly recommend it.
