I've only had this a few weeks, but so far, its amazing.....it came new, in the box, just as it was advertised and had all the components it was supposed to have......it really is so cool--you can just type in "K-Mart" and it will come up with a list of kmarts in the area and then tell you how to get there! I'm a low tech guy, so was amazed by the the ease of use and all the info. and for such a great price. I was hopelessly lost out of town on a trip. I turned on the nuvi and I was back on course in minutes.
