I bot the product on Feb 2009, assuming it had the latest map. It is not.
Now I-95 NB has the same exit (#64) to I-695 EB and WB! But 265wt still uses the old map assuming I-695 WB Exit (#64B) is about 0.5 ~ 1 mile north of I-695 EB exit (#64A). If you follow the voice guidance, you will miss the I-695 WB exit and need to make a u-turn at the next I-95 exit which is 3 mile north.
The guidance can't be fully trusted all the time. Sometimes I just drive the way I think is right and let the machine do the recalculation. It does recalculate quickly, which is good.

I just made a 1200 mile trip using this GPS. For the most part, it did a great job and would always get me to the desired location. It doesn't always pick the shortest or quickest route, however. When I would take a different route it quickly recalculated. As long as there was a clear view of the sky it acquired satellites quickly.Digital camera Review: 265wt

this product is very easy to use. when you are in a rural area the map is not accurate, but we did not purchase it with that in mind.
for a mid price unit, i think it is great.

I really like this GPS. I also had a MIO and hated it. Difficult to use and it doesn't have the maps directly on it. The Garmin Nuvi 265wt is great. Turn it on and it's ready to use. It's very easy to enter your home info and then where you want to go. It's also really easy to get the opposite directions. I love that it not only shows you what speed you're going but the speed limit on the road you're on. It's easy enough to change the car icon or voice. I love that the traffic info is free, no spending extra money to sign up for traffic updates (but if you want to you have the option.) The only thing I didn't like is that if you don't want to take toll roads it doesn't give you alternate routes (or at least I haven't figured out how to get that option yet.) That's why I really gave it 4 and a half stars not 5. Also, it's easy enough to download and print out the manual. Yeah it's for 4.3 inch paper, but guess what, it fits on normal paper (8 1/2 by 11)! So print it out and then cut it down to size if you want, but don't knock the unit because you didn't get a manual! That's just petty.
OK, so now I've used my Nuvi for a while. And I love it even more. I'd printed out MAP QUEST directions and then used my Nuvi. So glad I did as the Map Quest directions were off by a lot. AND, surprise, surprise, this GPS did give me traffic information on accidents on the Parkway. No commercials either so there's no need to opt for traffic updates. So now I'm more in love with this gizmo than ever and I recommend it to everyone.
