Great product but as with most tech it is not perfect. I found one instance where the Garmin direction was to turn right but the intersection only went left. Left was the correct way to go. It worked very well for the first 2.5 months. I rely on it to get me places and after 2.5 months, it shut off and would not stay on. The battery was run down and it would not recharge with the 12V cigarette lighter attachment.
It took some time on the customer service line, about 15 minutes. However, they were helpful and are sending out the cable and adapter for the 12V line. Better than having to ship the thing in and wait.

I have five Garmins. I registered all my Garmin's, yet when I request help (about 5 times)I have never received a response. Maybe you should try another brand.
