This device is the best I have had to date. I am a Garmin fan and the amount that they have packed into this is amazing. Bluetooth for phone connectivity and handsfree operation, awesome map, vehicle and voice updates, MSN direct receiver for up to date traffic, weather and many other features... it is an incredibly small package for all that is packed into this thing. Love the new unit. MSN Direct is a very nice function at times. Voice recognition accurate and directions are much better than previous units which I have owned.
Only downfall is the speaker when using the bluetooth. Very low even at max setting. Even with radio off, when driving the wind noise on a highway is enough to keep you hunched over to hear the speaker.

I own Nuvi 660 and 880. The bluetooth option works flawlessly on 660 because the speaker is loud and clear. On 880, this is a major problem, the voice and reception is bad. I managed to fix it by running a headphones cable (3.5mm rca) from Nuvi to Aux jack in the car. It works great.
