Digital camera Review: A perfect diffuser
Summary: 5 Stars

I've tried several diffusers for my flash, and this one (along with the new collapsible one) by far produces the best results. The diffuser produces the closest thing to a studio strobe softbox out of any products I have seen EXCEPT the actual flash softbox; but the flash softbox is large, bulky and very annoying to use.

However, the dome accessories for this product, including the Chrome Dome and the Amber Dome make this by far the best, even over the flash softbox. These domes give the user the ability to alter the diffuser's lighting characteristics in seconds, and effortlessly. The dome accessories can be a bit pricey, particularly the Chrome Dome, but they are worth it for their convenience of use and the quality of light output.

Digital camera Review: Convenient to use
Summary: 5 Stars

I use this for hospital photos - it doesn't take up much room in my bag and does a great job of bouncing light off the ceiling.

Digital camera Review: Does it very wel
Summary: 5 Stars

I first was very hesitant to buy the system, because of many tries before and none of them successful, but I have to confess that this diffuser is really good!!!!. My first shots were a disaster, but after using it with different settings the pictures begin to improve up to the point that my portable softbox felt jealous. Well obviously the quality of a larger source is not comparable, but I think for the size it is the best diffuser Ive owned. Now I feel very confident that pictures are going to be very good. Indoor photography at first was very cold, but I set my temperature setting up to 7000 and the pictures were amazing!!!. On outdoor photography also is very good. My suggest is to buy it, 49 dlls is not a great deal, and if you work a little bit on your camera settings you'll get amazing results.

Digital camera Review: Does its job well.
Summary: 4 Stars

got this to dispurse light when I was taking portraits. I works wonderful. Would like the front part to stay on just a bit better but it is okay. Otherwise, it works very well.

Digital camera Review: Even lighting every time
Summary: 4 Stars

I toyed with trying to make one from household products but it always looked funky and the results were inconsistent. The Lightsphere has given me even, pleasant lighting every single time. The plastic is extremely rugged and fit my flash perfectly.

The downsides are its size and its price. While it doesn't seem that big, throwing it on top of a flash pointed up and your camera is now the length of your arm. Granted, I've tried bigger attachments that don't work as well as this, so it's a tradeoff. Just realize that using this at a party for candid photos and you'll be "that guy". The price seems a tad high for a piece of plastic. For a working pro, it's a steal in terms of results. Cut the cost down to $20 and it would earn that last star.

I'd be upset if I lost mine.
