I've been using my BU-353 with ms Streets and Trips for a month or so and I have to say it has worked flawlessly. It locks on quickly and accurately and does exactly what it's supposed to. I attach it to my dash with a bit of velcro and I'm off. In my job I make between 15 and 20 stops a day and every day is a different route. This has made everything so much easier.
