I didn't get a confirmation on my last post, so I'm typing again.
The car charger worked for 2 weeks, and just died on me. My car outlet is working perfectly fine, as evidenced by other chargers that still works when plugged in, so it's this particular product that is no longer working.
The cord could have been more generous in length too, as I like to mount my iPhone to the side of the dashboard, not at the center of the front window area, but that's the only location I can get the cord to reach comfortably.

This charger only worked for three weeks, at which point it went completely dead. The ring light no longer comes on, and it no longer charges my phone.
In the time that it worked, it was adequate. The cord is short, but that didn't bother me, as I don't need to *use* my phone while I'm driving. I just needed to charge it.
Something as simple as a charger should be more reliable.
