This armband is awesome! I was so frustrated that I couldn't find any armbands for 1st or 2nd generation iPods, but this one is awesome. The strap can fit really tight (even on small arms) but larger arms too. It's easy to slip the iPod in and out of the case. It doesn't fall off or anything. It's awesome! Anyone who likes to run or skate with music should have one of these armbands for their Nano. This armband stays in place and fits the 1st and 2nd generation perfectly. The whole thing is hand washable too. I bought mine pretty cheap; for only 88 cents then 4.99 shipping and handling. Definitely buy one of these if you're going to exercise with an Ipod.
