Fits great on my flash and makes a noticeable difference in the quality of my photos. A portrait taken wiht a dead-on flash (without a diffuser) looks pale and washed-out, but the diffuser allows the light to be spread out across the whole picture, not just the subject alone.
The first few times I used this particular diffuser on my Canon Speedlite, it kept popping off. I quickly realized, however, that this was a user error. The diffuser snaps right on when put on correctly :-)
I would highly recommend this diffuser!

This cap diffuser fits onto Canon 430 EX Speedlite Flash units to create softer shadows and overall lighting.
