Digital camera reviews of HP 12C Financial CalculatorDigital camera Review: An old friend... had to buy a replacement for one that broke Summary: 5 Stars
If you are looking at this, you probably already know what this cranky calculator does. Mine is like an old friend. I dont like using anything else. Tricky at first, but once you get used to it there is no going back. I prefer the layout of the 12C to other reverse polish calculators.

Digital camera Review: Awful -- Stay Away From This Summary: 1 Stars
Funny how any negative review on this calculator instantly receives a negative helpful vote. Check it out: no helpful votes on any of the negative reviews here. Oh well, here is another one...
You do not know when you need the manual and when you don't. Try calculating a monthly payment with a standard term of 48 months. Check your answer in a spreadsheet. Then change the term to 48.5 months. Uh oh, you get a different answer with the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is correct. The HP is not. You need to know how to enter a term with a decimal place in the HP. What else will you need the manual for? Want to take a chance on an exam or in real life? No way. Use a Texas Instruments or a Sharp financial calculator.
Digital camera Review: Best calculator i've ever owned Summary: 5 Stars
My Dad got this for high school in 1981 and it actually still has its original batteries in it. It never had a single problem and in 2006 I got this calculator from him, and at first I had to get used to using the Reverse Polish Notation and now I love it too. I would highly recommend it to any body out there. People say that its slow, but its very powerful and accurate. It is fast back at that time and if you honestly don't have the extra 3 seconds to do a complex math equation that would take you about 15 minutes to do than don't buy this. It's fast compared to doing the problem by hand. I would definitely recommend this calculator to anybody.
Digital camera Review: Best calculator on the market Summary: 5 Stars
I hate to use the adage "it's an oldie but a goodie".... but it is! These have stood the test of time both technically and physically. Well worth the money, expect it to last at least 20 years!
