Digital camera reviews of HP 58 Photo Ink CartridgeDigital camera Review: OUTDATED INK Cartridges Summary: 1 Stars
I ordered the #58 HP INK Photo cartridge. It arrived quickly.
When i opened the cartridge , i saw that the EXP. CODE/or BEST USE BY code was SEPT 2008. I purchased the item on JULY 2010. I contacted the company and they said that it was listed on their page that the cartridges had old date codes. I COULD NOT FIND THAT INFO ANYWHERE ON THEIR SITE. Had i known this , I would NOT have purchased and OLD print cartridge. They were very quick to email me a return postage form so i may get my money refunded. I will see how quickly they refund my money. BE WARNED THE PRINT CARTRIDGES HAVE OLD CODE DATES THAT IS WHY THEY ARE SO INEXPENSIVE.
Digital camera Review: Quality and Value Summary: 5 Stars
I'll only buy HP brand due to more than a handful of poor substitutes(problems only when printing photos). This is a great deal when there is a free S&H offer.
Digital camera Review: Shipping is the key Summary: 5 Stars
5 stars since it is excellent and the only real choice.
I ordered this from another source due to shipping costs from the Amazon partner, Ant. I ordered a USB cable from them at a great price, then saw that they charged over THREE times the product price for shipping! Over $8 for a few ounces.
This seems to be a major problem with Amazon partners. Target's charge for shipping an electric skillet was equal to the product price. I passed on that.
ALWAYS CHECK THE S&H charge before ordering! THANK YOU AMAZON FOR FREE SHIPPING!
Digital camera Review: The happy printer Summary: 5 Stars
My printer is happy again now that it's ink is all topped off. I found my HP ink for a great price. And you can't beat shopping online. Delivery was quick and easy, and I received the product in good condition and ready to go to work. Thanks, M. Schueler
Digital camera Review: The printouts are great, but ink runs out fast Summary: 3 Stars
I used 6-ink printing with HP 57 and 58 cartridges on my PSC 2210 multifunction machine using 4800*1200 optimized color DPI. The printouts look perfect on HP premium photo paper. Howerver, the HP 58 photo cartridge runs out after fewer than 20 8*11 pages (60 4*6 photos), and the HP 57 cartridge has only about 1/4 left. It would be much cheaper if I just took the images to the 1-hour photo processing center in my local Costco...
