Digital camera Review: Did Not Go Well

For some odd reason, after all the years I've been shopping on Amazon, this was shipped wanting a signature. There was no return address on the card, so hubby was in no hurry to pick it up. We had no idea what it was. I called Amazon twice to find out where my ink was. BOTH times I was told in transit. Finally, after a third call, they told me my cartridge was at the PO waiting to be picked up and had been there for 10 days or more. WHY did they not tell us this the first or second time? Why send it for a signature??
I've had the ink cartridge for less than two weeks in my printer and already the black ink is printing faded. This is pathetic.
