Printer manufacturer's bank it on replacement cartridges, however HP printers kill the competition in the low to medium end printer market. HP printers are tanks and last for years. I only wish they would mark down their ink cartridges and sell two packs of just black at affordable prices, or are hard to come by at brick and mortar stores if they're popular. I received my product promptly, but it was not the combo package as pictured. It was two individual packages. Both cartridges look as if they were rewrapped or possibly could be refills instead of new.
I have not used either cartridge as yet; so cannot comment on the quality.

Well I had to buy HP ink because buying refurbished ink has made a mess of my printers interior, never did have much luck with these refills no matter who I get them from so I had to get the originals to print properly. I hate paying these crazy prices for ink but what choice do I have, refills stink!!!!
