Great product!!! Comes with both the black and tri-color ink cartridges. Definitely recommend this product at this reasonable price.

Great product, nothing beats original cartridges. I refilled some in the past and they just aren't up to par.
Digital camera Review: My cartridges were perfect Summary: 5 Stars
After reading all the reviews I was a little hesitant to purchase these cartridges, however my purchase was excellent.
I have free Amazon Prime as a student member this year (Thank you Amazon!) and the price of these cartridges is approximately $20 cheaper than my previous purchases for the same product from office supply stores.
I ordered the cartridges, they arrived in two days and I installed them immediately without any problems. They didn't make a mess, and my HP all-in-one C4180 works like a charm again. It printed a test page, and I was off printing photos on photo paper, as well as my notes for class.
I did not see any indication that they were refurbished cartidges and I will continue to buy my cartidges from Amazon at a fraction of the retail price.

What can you say about a print cartrige? They are small and expensive but necessary.
Digital camera Review: Okay, when they work Summary: 3 Stars
My HP printer produces acceptable black & white and color documents with these ink cartridges. The quality of the prints is not great but presentable. I rarely print photos so I leave that part of evaluation to other reviewers. All I said is true, when the cartridges work. When a cartridge malfunctions and you try to make a warranty claim with HP, you have a problem, because the HP ink cartridge warranty isn't worth the paper it is printed on. This happened to me recently. Previously, I bought my replacement ink cartridge at a retail store. Several months into use, I got an error message that "there is a problem with the Tri-Color cartridge." The ink level was half-full a few days ago. I followed the help menu and cleaned the print head and copper contacts numerous times, to no avail. I read the HP ink cartridge warranty, checked the expiration day on the cartridge and found that it expires on 1/1/2012, almost a full year from today. I decided to make a warranty claim with HP. After spending a good half an hour talking to a man in India, I was told that because my printer was out of warranty, HP would not warrant the ink cartridge, even thought I bought the replacement cartridges separately from the printer in a retail store. I wound up throwing out the malfunctioning cartridge and bought a new one. I wasn't happy. See my comment below for a full account of what happened.
