Digital camera Review: Less expensive, hello!

I thought that this may have been some type of generic ink refill with the HP name on it. Not so. I purchase one before I purchase this one just in case problems arise I would have an extra if I have to return the one online. Well, I opened the one from the store and the one from Databazaar and they both were manufactured in the same place and had the same UPC code. I actually paid $10.00 extra when I purchased it at Office Depot. I purchased it for $12.00 online and it was a Hewlett Packard one. Of course the shipping and handling was an additional $4.00 but I still saved $6.00. This was a truly a real bargain. We have an HP 6110 All in one printer that specs the #56 cartridge that holds 19ml, while it does not list the 27 as compatible there are charts here and there that do. Take it from me it works fine. Generally the #27 has been one of Hewlett Packards Greedy underhanded money makers because it is basically the same as the 56 except it holds half the ink! They reduced the capacity only to milk people for more money! And forget about buying the 56 if you have the cheapo printer, HP only lets the expensive printers use both , not the other way around.Digital camera Review: OUTSTANDING Customer Service

UPS either lost my package or delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted UPS and they said there was nothing they could do on my behalf and that I needed to contact Amazon. I sent Amazon an email explaining the situation, and withing 2 days, they replied that they would not only send another cartridge free of charge, but upgrade it to next day shipping, also free of charge. I've lately had a bad string of luck with items I've received from Amazon, but every time, they've been 100% and then some with their customer service. OUTSTANDING!Digital camera Review: Printer Ink
