Digital camera reviews of HP Deskjet 460c Mobile Printer (C8150A#A2L)

Digital camera Review: Review of order for HP deskjet color printer
Summary: 4 Stars

Order received timely but no USB cable to connect printer to a computer was supplied.

Digital camera Review: So far...So good!
Summary: 5 Stars

I listened to all of the other reviews, and decided to upgrade my failing and flawed HP 450 with this newer version hoping that all of the paper feeding issues had been resolved. I have had it a few weeks now and its so much quicker printing then the other model and have had NO paper issues whatsoever. I have made the right choice...so far!

Digital camera Review: Somewhat misleading product description
Summary: 4 Stars

I bought this as a gift for someone else, so I can't really speak to the ease of use, but I will say that the product description was a little misleading - it didn't really make it clear that when you buy the printer, it comes with no means of connecting it to a computer. You either have to buy a wireless card or a cable to connect the printer to your computer, both of which are sold separately. Just a word of warning.

Otherwise, the printer is very compact and lightweight and the person who received it as a gift seems to be very satisfied with its quality of print.

Digital camera Review: This is an awesome printer!
Summary: 5 Stars

This printer is great. So small and compact. I got it to fit into my tiny computer armoire and takes up very little space. It prints super fast and does a great job.

Digital camera Review: Vista compatible?
Summary: 3 Stars

HP lists this printer as being Vista compatible. If you look carefully at their Vista driver information (HP.com driver downloads) for this printer it notes that the Vista driver provides limited functionality. My HP 5550 printer was also listed as being Vista compatible and limited functionality which meant that borderless printing was not available, ink levels could not be seen, it didn't recognize the #58 photo cartridge, etc. So, I am skeptical the 460 is really Vista compatible. There is, however, evidence that HP is working on full compatibility. To be clear, I do not actually own this printer and have no basis for rating it. I just wanted people to know what Vista compatibility really means, at least to HP.
