This is a great printer and a great buy, HOWEVER, installation was horrible. The driver file was literally buried in the directory. The good news is that HP has a great online/real-time helpdesk that had me hooked up within an hour. But the days leading up to that hour and my husband's stubborness was rough. All in all, we love it. Just let someone with patience install it with HP's help.
