This printer has really poor quality photos. Their website says it creates "beautiful, crisp, clear" photos, but this is a classical example of false advertising. When I called HP about it they just said I should have bought a more expensive printer. The quality of the photos is so poor you can barely even make out the image half the time because it's dark and blotchy. I sent them a scanned copy of the photos and they said this is normal. I can't believe they lie like that - outright on their website. Also, their customer service sucks. I had to call numerous times because I was either hung up on or they transferred me up to 7 times before just having to give up and try again later. It's like they're intentionally sending you in circles. And, the heavy Indian accents are enough to give you a major migraine.SERIOUSLY.You have to focus really hard just to try and make out what they are saying. Don't waste your money with HP. Try Canon or Mac instead. I have had similar problems with Dell.
