This is a nice printer with good features. However, it broke within 18 months. The printer was not used regularly and recently would not power up. From the day I got this machine, I've had nothing but trouble with it. I have Vista and this printer is constantly crashing, hanging up, affecting my wireless connection, and sucks up ink. I have tried online updates to the software but it doesn't help. I will not buy another HP printer. I'll try some of the recommendations here, but I prefer plug-and-play rather than having to manually set up a user-unfriendly device.Digital camera Review: Careful of Return Policy !!!

The default Seller for this product right now at Amazon (Skybox) has a return policy that says printers can NEVER be returned. Check the selller's return policy carefully. Given the problems that multiple people have reported, a return is definitely a possibility.
