The primary function of this frame works very well: colors and clarity of photos displayed on the frame are very nice.
The frame will perform the "off" function, but will not turn back on, although the menu shows that the on function is enabled, Off/on is not that important but it would be convenient for the frame to turn off at night and on in the morning to extend the life of the LCD.
Other functions, such as shuffle, are disabled when the frame is turned off and back on (so I'm assuming the "on" timer function turns off when the "off" feature is triggered).
I contacted the company's support function, but their instructions did not resolve the problem. The menu continues to show these features as on or enabled, but they do not function. Frame reset to factory default and resetting the functions makes them work.
