The Ipaq features wireless connectivity with integrated Wi-Fi 802.11b and Bluetooth, as well as an expansion slot compatible with Secure Digital (SD) cards. It's powered by an Intel PXA270 processor running at 520 MHz. It also features the Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0 premium edition software for Pocket PCs.
