It took two tries to get the product as the first one delivered was damaged (I'm not sure who or how). Buy.com did provide a replacement and it was delivered in good condition.Digital camera Review: Works good but needs to be packaged better

Had broken cover plate for hinge and a couple of dents in the back - only had foam packing on the bottom - need to put more foam in the box to prevent damage. Haier did send out a new cover plate.
