My boyfriend had been wanting this particular Portable station for some time. He had looked around for over a year and half with nothing in comparison in great sound perfect size for a portable station. A little
expensive, but got a good deal on the unit, and the quality is worth it, not to mention the look on my boyfriends face when he opened his birthday present. "Finally" Had been on his Amazon wish list for over a year.

It incorporated bi-amped digital amplification, DSP (digital sound processing) and Ridge and Atlas transducers for the ultimate audio experience. The Harman Kardon Go + Play speakers can run on 8 D batteries which lets the music flow for more than 18 hours and there is also a handy battery-saving shut-off feature. It features a flat, protective iPod cradle to keep your iPod secure. The arching stainless-steel handle looks great and lets you carry the Go + Play wherever you go.
High-Performance Portable Loudspeaker
The Go + Play features bi-amped digital amplification, DSP (digital sound processing) optimized for the realities of multimedia sound, and Ridge and Atlas transducers for tight, accurate amplification.
Compatibility
Go + Play incorporates the Apple iPod Universal Dock adapter, and is compatible with most docking versions of the iPod, including nano and 5G versions. The OnePoint iPod connectors provide the connection to your computer. Connect the standard iPod cable to the rear of Go + Play and, every time you dock your iPod, you'll not only charge it, but have a connection for synchronizing. A stereo mini-jack connection allows you to enjoy high-quality audio from a variety of other devices, including the iPod shuffle, MP3 and CD players, desktop and laptop computers (all platforms), and satellite radio. The onboard S-Video connection allows you to connect your video-enabled iPod to television sets for photo or video viewing.
