Do not listen to anybody who starts with stupid technicalities. These speakers are just great the sound is clean, even at the highest volume, they are very easy to connect and good looking at a very fair price. I have several speakers each from different brands,(be aware Logitech lovers!)and this one is a head of them absolutely.The sub-woofer is not that powerful,but enough for almost everybody,and instead the quality is exceptional.A friend of mine just bought JBL speakers set for 400$,of course the bass of that thing is amazing,but the quality is not even comparable to mine!
The blue LED is very nice and doesn't bother me at all,but in case it bothers you,just press the button on the sub-woofer and you're good.(it turns of the whole system)
Finally I would say not only it's the best for it's price range,but also better that many more expensive ones,that's because Harman/Kardon never puts you down,that's a power of this brand!

I placed order for this item, wishing it would be better than my previous 2.1 creative speaker system. It is good but I don't think it is better than my previous one while the price is higher. Although the woofer is great in shape, the sound stick is plain without blue light. I would give it 4 star and only recommend it if the price gets 20% lower. The title says it all really. They still sound great, they have outlived two monitor, and I still love the look of them. Easily one of my best tech purchases ever.
