Digital camera Review: AWESOME Speakers---Must Have!!

These are by far some of the best computer speakers you can get, no questions. I've seen them all, Bose, Logitech, JBL you name it. These top them all.
I bought these speakers about a month ago because I wanted an upgrade from my small JBL Duet speakers. I wanted something with more bass because the JBLs don't have a subwoofer.
I am very glad I purchased these speakers. At first I thought they were a little pricey, but the Harman/Kardon name and the sweet transparent design were too good to pass up. To top it all off, the subwoofer has a small blue light inside and lights up the subwoofer, and makes the design look even cooler. The only thing I would change is to have the soudsticks light up blue as well.
Most importantly the sound quality is ridiculous. I have a pair of Bose headphones, the JBL speakers I just mentioned and Bose speakers in my car as well, and these Harman/Kardon speakers sound better than all three. I hear every little thing in my music and movies. The treble balance is great and the bass sounds ridiculously great, it can also be easily adjusted but I like it right in the middle. Every now and then I just love to crank the bass up and it sounds awesome. People come into my room and hear the speakers and they're blown away, they love them too.
These speakers would be perfect for a small party as well. I'm in college and when I go to appartment parties I see these other speakers and think to myself how much better my Harman/Kardon soundsticks would sound compared to all others.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You won't be dissapointed.

I'll just start by saying these speakers are absolutely incredible. I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. They are gorgeous, for one thing. I know they were designed to fit in with older Macs (the G4s, I think?), but they still look great. But at the end of the day, they are speakers, meant for audible rather than visual pleasure. And in that respect, they more than deliver. I'm listening to Celtic Woman on them as I'm typing this, and the voices are amazingly clear, while the drums and bass notes and pure and booming. I won't claim to be an audiophile (more of a wannabe audiophile haha) or to know the intricacies of good speakers, but I do know of all of the different speakers I've ever heard, these sound the best. Heck, on that note, I haven't even really played with the EQ at all, and they still sound amazing. They may not be at their best, and they're still the best I've heard. In fact, I know they aren't, because 90% of my listening on them has been MP3s, and the only super-high quality sample I've been able to get my hands on is the free nine inch nails album they release, which, frankly, sounds terrible (sorry to any NIN fans out there). Overall, I could not be more pleased and I would not hesitate to recommend these to anyone willing to pay a little for their speakers.Digital camera Review: Absolutely ear-blowing sound!

This product is everything you could want in a set of speakers! If you are just looking for any regular desktop speakers, these probably aren't for you. These speakers have a lot of bass (which you can control right on the subwoofer) and fantastic sound! They also include the RCA adapter for which you can hook up to an entertainment device such as your DVD player, etc. I bought a set of a speakers with a subwoofer for $30 and the sound quality was terrible. You could hear crackling from them. I returned them right away, and I am happy that I spent the extra money for these high quality speakers. Everyone keeps saying there is no way to shut of fthe blue light on the subwoofer and no switch to turn off the speakers. This is not true! The knob on the subwoofer switches off the blue light and turns off the speakers. Just push in the knob! These are fantastic! The bass is fantastic and the speakers produce clear and accurate vibrate sound. Go ahead and purchase they are well worth it!Digital camera Review: Absolutely required for Mac Pro

Sometimes "they" get it right. Theses are great. Ever try listening to an MP3 through the ridiculous toy speaker on an Mac Pro? These Soundsticks are an excellent solution to the Apple Engineers' goof.
