I bought this hub and was a little worried after reading the insert. It says may not work for high power hardware (printer, scanner, camera, etc.) and I thought "What the h@## are people going to use it for then? How many mice and keyboards can one have? 4?". So I connected my scanner, printer, external hard drive, and tv tuner to it. No problem! Everything is running without any issues. It can't be beat for $12. If your on a budget and need a product that does it's job, get one of these. Or get 2 and hook them together (making it a 7 port hub)for less $$ than most 4 port hubs.Digital camera Review: Awesome!

I was worried when I bought this hub that it may not work with my Windows Vista operating system, but I've had no problems whatsoever with it working from the first time I plugged it in... All the hardware that I've tried using with it (printer, wireless mouse, keyboard, and transcription foot pedal) has worked without a hitch. This USB Hub is simple to use. Just plug it in and it works. One of the best things about it is that it has a long cable - so you're not tightly tethered to the computer. You can put it anywhere in your work space that you want and it lays flat. Performs well.
