This USB Bluetooth micro adapter is perfect. It is so small it hardly extends out from the side of my netbook (barely noticeable). When it is in the USB port I can put my netbook in the case without a problem. Installation was a breeze. The hardest part was opening the box that it came in. I had been interested in tethering my computer via bluetooth to my smartphone, but discovered that the USB bluetooth adapter I'd bought a few years earlier (for wirelessly syncing a Palm TX PDA) did not support it. I found this device and liked it for its small profile (barely a nub when attached to the laptop USB slot) and its functionality.
I confess that pairing the device with the PC (Windows 7 64 bit) and configuring it for Bluetooth DUN was not straightforward; it requires patience and a bit of luck. (I frequently had to attempt pairing repeatedly before it "took", and I was rarely successful in using a previous connection for a new session.) In the end I gave up on bluetooth tethering, rooted my phone, and now tether via WiFi hotspot.
The device itself is fine, and its drivers were configured automatically on install. For connecting peripherals like Bluetooth mouse/keyboard, it has worked fine. Bluetooth tethering to a smartphone feels like a hack more than an intended feature, and is not for casual users.

Buen dispositivo de tamaño bastante pequeño que permite mantenerlo conectado permanentemente al puerto USB sin inconvenientes. El alcance radial es bueno. Respecto al software para administrar los dispositivos, he visto mejores aunque este cumple con su trabajo.
