Digital camera Review: Good looking product but lack main feature

I used this to share two computers to one printer.
Sometimes, it won't recognize my printer, if i boot my computer before the printer. I have to reboot with the printer turn on first. This seems to be happening randomly. For a simple product, i expect it to work well all the time.

This works great after a brief trouble-shooting session.
1. The click requires pressure for a second before it switches. At first I thought it wasn't working, then I held it down for a sec.
2. Sharing a keyboard and mouse between two iMacs: When you switch from "Mac A" to "Mac B", "Mac A" immediately throws a fit that an "Unknown Keyboard" is attached and asks you to run through a wizard to set it up. Then switch to the other Mac and then "Mac B" throws the fit. I got around this by temporarily attaching an extra mouse to the machine that was not switched to and exiting the Keyboard wizard, causing it to never come back. I had to do this to both Macs to get them to stop complaining that they didn't recognize this "Unknown keyboard" device. =)
But, now I am very happy with it and it's a wonderful purchase. Now I can use two computers at the same desk without needing two keyboards and mice.

The Iogear 2 to 1 2.0 Peripheral totally solved my printer sharing problem. Works great with Windows XP. I am currently using this device with my laptop, desktop computer and HP All In One. Just a touch of the button and it switches between the two, making printing off one or the other a sinch. Indicator light lets you see which computer is printer ready. This device is great. I'm using 2 computers, a desktop and a laptop. This little guy allows me to switch my USB Hub that connects my keyboard, mouse, printer, Card reader and external HD between the two PCs with ease. All you need to do is press the button on top of the device. There is no need to install the software that comes with it. Just hook it up and your ready to go. I just wish it also switched VGA input for my moniter as well, oh well.

I use this daily and I love it. I have both a laptop dock for my work laptop and my own personal PC hooked up. I switch between the 2 multiple times a day and this makes it so quick and easy! No more unhooking from one to connect to the other.
