Digital camera Review: Clips broke 1st time i used it (but they shipped me new ones)

The clips that hold the shoulder strap are weak and broke the first time we used them. My daughter and i took a trip on the train and i grabbed the strap and put it over my shoulder and it snapped. I couldn't believe it. This was the first time i literaly picked up the bag and put it over my shoulder after buying it. Now, we have to use the handle and carry it like a briefcase. Plus, so much for using it the car, with the strap busted it's now a normal carrying case. I've seen a similar posting so quality of this product must be dropping.
Follow up... After this posting a representative from Accessory Genie contacted me to replace the DVD case or the straps which broke. I did appreciate the customer service. I took them up on the straps and they shipped me new straps free of charge. So, my case is back in working order and I must say they are a very reputable firm for doing this and monitoring and acting on their feedback. No issues with the new straps. Thank you Accessory Genie.
Digital camera Review: Couldn't Use like we wanted

In the picture of the between two seats, it was level. However, we bought this for my granddaughter, who was going on a long road trip across the country, and we couldn't get it level at all. We tried numerous times and gave up as it didn't seem to work for her and she had to just hold the DVD player on her lap, which at 3 years old wasn't a good idea. I purchased my 4 year old son the Disney Car's Portable DVD Player and needed a carrying bag for it. I wanted something that we cound kinda hang in the car so he wouldn't have to hold it, and my nephew Matthew and he couldn't fight over it. Also, that they both could see from their seats in my Ford Windstar. I got the item and immediately loved the feel of it. Then I strapped the DVD player in and was happy that it has a velcro thingy to hold it in place and secure the DVD player disc door closed. I couldn't have been more excited with the way the straps are situated. You can move them altogether, make it where you can hang it in the car, use the straps for carrying the case or use it to place in the middle of two seats. It's very versatile, even allowing for adjustments with the adjustable straps. It has ample room for a few DVD's, and more than enough room for cords, adapters and an extra battery too in a separate compartment which zips up. This is what a DVD carrying bag should be. I purchased with a Sony portable DVD player for my kids to use while on long trips. It is good quality but installation and functionality are quite precarious. It does not allow the view screen to expand beyond 90 degrees which is aggravating at times. Good storage area and the duel speaker plug is very nice.
