I have friends who RAVE about these and for me, they helped a little but the ear buds still fell out before long. I think for most people these will keep the buds in your ears while you exercise and will make you really happy. I HAVE NEVER UNDERSTOOD HOW FREE HANGING BUD EARPHONE USERS KEEP THE PHONES LIKE THOSE SUPPLIED WITH iPODS IN THEIR EARS. BUDFITS WORKED SO WELL WITH THOSE PHONES, I BOUGHT A SECOND PAIR FOR A BOSE BUD SET I HAVE.
I USE THEM WITH NO PROBLEMS ON THE TREADMILL AND OTHER GYM EQUIPMENT.
