This is a great accessory for your iPod earphones if you run. It really keeps the earphones in place when you're running. Even if you're sweating, you don't have to worry about the earphones falling off. The only issue (other than it can only be used with Apple's earphones) is actually putting the earbuds on. It's a bit of a hassle to wrap the earbuds around your ear before you start running, but it becomes much more difficult while you're running. Let's say you accidentally yank your earphone cord and the earpiece comes off your ear. Because of your sweat, it's super hard to put the earbuds back in place while you're running. You'll most likely stop and try to put the earbuds in place (which isn't that easy either).Digital camera Review: Fantastic product -- great for if you're a runner

The bud-fits are absolutely great. I have tried all types of head-phones and these bud-fits seem to be the most comfortable and the most practical by far. They're obviously ideal for runners as you no longer need to keep adjusting your head-phones while jogging, but I also found them to be comfortable while wearing glasses. I just received these in the mail yesterday, and they're perfect. I'd almost given up on trying to use my iPod headphones in the gym, because they'd always slip out. These are the perfect solution: comfortable, easy to use (the headphones easily slip inside the BudFits), and I actually get better sound now than before since there's no danger of my headphones falling out. I am so thrilled that I can finally use my iPod earbuds without having them continuously fall out. BudFits are super easy to use and very comfortable.
