Digital camera Review: A Huge Disappointment

I could not get the Ion Tape2PC USB Cassette Deck to interact with my laptop. It even froze up my soundcard temporarily when I tried to convert a cassette to the MP3 format on my laptop. The instructions were not easy to understand. It was not easy to log onto the Ion website to register the product. The website would not even acknowledge the product code on the side of the Ion Tape2PC player as I tried to input it on their website. Thank goodness Amazon let me return this product. I will definately shop with Amazon again. However, I was very disappointed with the Ion Tape2PC USB cassette desk.
