So many have given the details on these speakers, so I won't repeat it....I'm really glad I read the reviews and decided to spend just a bit more than planned, they perform as the 5 star reviews state. I have a new Mac Mini, and they are perfect for that. Only little nit pick is the on off vol knob is pretty slippery and hard to use, a piece of scotch tape fixed it fine. The sound is as good as my Bose wave set up.Digital camera Review: Fidelity, and not much else.

I have grown to like these speakers but they are not without their flaws. The volume control/power know is terribly designed, the styling is questionable, and bass response is mediocre. The amount of sound output for the size is good and the fidelity at high volumes is even alright. Overall, I would recommend them if space limitations prevent using a 2.1 system but the "bang for the buck" factor is rather low on these speakers.Digital camera Review: For the price, what incredible sound!

I've gone through quite a few cheapy PC speakers in the past. These little puppies pump out sound that is hard to believe. These are not symphonic sounding speakers but put out quite a nice sound for PC use. I hooked them up to my iMac which has awful internal speakers. For the price, they sound great! Speakers have good sound for the money. They add a lot to the built-in speakers on my iMac, which left much to be desired. For you audiophiles, you are going to get what you pay for... The speakers have rich sound at a moderate volume level, but they will never make your head explode. The speakers look good, but the volume knob is slippery. I cannot seem to get them to sleep with my computer, so I have to turn them on and off quite a bit. The speakers worked great for their cost and size, but after about a year the A/C adapter started shorting out. Maybe if you keep them stationary then it won't be so much of a problem, but if you move them around alot the wire on the A/C adapter wears easily.
