Digital camera reviews of JBuds Hi-Fi Noise-Reducing Ear Buds (Black)Digital camera Review: $20 lasts only three months... Summary: 2 Stars
After having the Jbuds Headphones (which I was happy with for the past three months), the right headphone broke and has stopped working. I'm left with having to buy another set of headphones once again.
Digital camera Review: (4/5) Almost 2,000 Reviews! Here's mine Summary: 4 Stars
So almost 2,000 people reviewed this product and as of this moment there are 705 that gave it 5 stars, 495+1 (me) that gave it 4 stars, 285 that gave it 3 stars, 250 that gave it 2 stars, 228 that gave it 1 star.
So what does this all mean? Well basically, it means that we're all trying to look for the cheapest product that will deliver the most bang.
Now first off, I must say, DO NOT expect incredible results because these ear buds are dirt cheap and you really get what you pay for. These ear buds aren't terrible, but they aren't excellent either. Now we all know that the majority of the ear buds we get that comes in the package with the product we buy are typically never better than ear buds we actually buy. Well this is a true case for this product. To keep this short, these ear buds are definitely better than the stock ear buds I got but at the same time these ear buds do not meet my expectations for the level of clarity and depth of bass. There really is a reason why Shure can list their ear buds for over $[...] while these are under $[...] so with that, here's my pro(s) and con(s):
Pro(s):
- Dirt cheap
- Cord has a good amount of length
- Decent sound quality for the basic user or for last resort audio needs
- Small
- Comes with 2 additional sizes of silicone ear buds
Con(s):
- The inner ear bud, where the sound comes from does not have a moisture padding so if you have wet ears or just took a shower, do not use
- If you have small ear holes, the packages includes smaller silicone buds BUT because the ear buds are quite big, they probably wouldn't fit inside your ear and stay
- You have to read which side is left and which side is right
- Not exactly easy to put on/replace the silicone ear buds on the buds itself
Recommendation(s)/Suggestion(s):
- None
Bottom line is these ear buds are cheap and the best example for you get what you pay
Digital camera Review: (Edited Review) Summary: 1 Stars
My original review praised the sound and fit of the headphones, but lamented a defect that caused the right earphone to short out after a few weeks.
In response to my review, JBuds offered me a replacement set. I accepted, and have been promised a replacement set. (Thanks, J.R.!)
Although my initial impression of the product was unfavorable, the bulk of my frustration was with the seller's return policy which left me with no recourse after a 15-day exchange period.
JBuds has gone out of their way to make me happy as a customer, and it's a customer service policy that more companies should follow. Provided the new ones are sturdier than the last pair, I will recommend JBuds wholeheartedly.

Digital camera Review: *Love* the longer cord Summary: 5 Stars
I ordered these headphones simple because of the longer cord. I listen to podcasts from my computer while working. How many times have I gotten up from my desk only to be jerked back down towards the laptop? Too many times. This cord is over one yard. I love it. They are also much more comfortable than my other earbuds that came from my ipod. I am so glad I made this purchase. The sound quality is quite good, they are comfortable, and best of all finally a longer a cord!

Not the best I've had when it comes to sound and blocking outside noise, but still pretty good for their price, though after a while my ears start to hurt, even with the smallest earbud pieces.
Havn't tried to work out with them in yet, but I'm still pretty active and so far I havn't had any problems with them falling out
