Digital camera reviews of JBuds Hi-Fi Noise-Reducing Ear Buds (Black)Digital camera Review: Ack Summary: 1 Stars
I was quite pleased with these when I first got them, but the left ear bud died after a week of gentle use (less than 10 hours). The fit was great, but what good is it if there's no sound? My point, exactly. I bought two pair originally - now we'll see how long the second pair last.
Digital camera Review: Affordable, good quality buds Summary: 4 Stars
I bought these because I'm broke and I'm tired of the ipod ear buds falling from my ears.
1) These have stayed in my ears while running, walking around, house work/chores.
2) The sound quality is good for music and I don't have to turn up the volume very much because they drown out most of the sound.
3) Comes with 4 different-sized flexible and soft attachments to accommodate different ear sizes.
4) So far the only con for me is the ease of losing the attachments. They haven't fallen off the ear bud yet because I'm trying to take care of these, but the attachments are easy to remove or lose, especially if you tend to throw them in your bag or purse, which is why I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars.
It's worth the buy for those looking for something simple and practical. You can find better noise-reducing buds and probably better sound quality, but you'll pay alot more.
Digital camera Review: After 2 1/2 Years, STILL great earbuds! Summary: 5 Stars
As I pulled this up to re-order another pair (not because my old ones don't work, there are still working in A+ condition, I just need a 2nd pair for 2nd ipod), I noticed that it was back in November 2006 that I ordered that first pair. Those still work great. Before buying this I remember trying several different earbuds, including that dreaded apple pair that comes with the ipods, and they were all so uncomfortable in my ears. Hated them. These are very comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. The sound that comes out of these little buds is amazing. The only other type of headphones I have tried that I would even consider buying over these would be the Bose over the ear (if I ever get the courage to spend $200 on a headphone set). Besides the Bose, nothing else compares when you look at price ($10 a set!), sound and comfort in one earbud. Very happy with the first pair over 2 years ago, so I am now a happy re-peat buyer! Worth the $10, and then some!
Digital camera Review: After the burn-in, they sound just OK Summary: 3 Stars
Take the burn-in period seriously. Until you burn them in, they sound like tin cans. After you burn them in, they sound OK. But not noticeably better than the buds that came with my MP3 player. For the price, I'll keep them as a spare pair.
Digital camera Review: Again a problem with one side going out Summary: 1 Stars
I was basically satisfied with these, although they are cheap-looking and don't fit very well. I figured I had gotten what I paid for.
However, I also had a problem with one earphone (right) going out after just a month or so of normal use.
As such, I feel THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!!
I will not be buying this brand again and hope to find something comparable today, since I cannot handle mono-ear as one reviewer called it.
