I have a very had time keeping those flat buds in my ears. Don't know why. I need buds that can stick inside the ear canal. These work great. I had to change the cover to the smaller one and it was even better than the medium cover it came with. Was pretty impressed. I bought other buds from Amazon that you don't carry anymore. They were less expensive, and within 35 days or so, one of the buds, just gave out. those weren't bad either, but I guess you get what you pay for. But these work.... Not bad. My pair broke in less than three weeks. When I said so on a review on Amazon, an apparently automated message tried to convince me that this was an isolated incident (which it isn't; look at the other 1 star reviews) and told me to contact customer support, who would be happy to resolve this issue and give a replacement pair. I sent an email, waited several weeks, sent another email, waited several weeks. Still no reply. Don't buy from this company. The headphones have a high likelihood of breaking, and if they do, it is impossible to contact customer support anyways.
UPDATE 9/12/09: Apparently they had problems with their customer service person not answering any emails sent to him. I appears have have resolved this, and I received a replacement pair, and a free carrying case. This was very nice of them. I cant change the star rating to reflect this, though.

I was listening to some music, and I had been pretty happy with the headphones for the low price. Then the left ear bud just pops in my ear and completely stops working. Don't buy these unless you just want a short term pair of headphones.
