Digital camera Review: 1 Earbud DOA But JLabs Came Through

My Jlabs J3M's came with one of the earbuds DOA. I contacted JLabs customer service via their support email and within 24 hours, the Brand Ambassador, Breanna, wrote back stating they were shipping me a new pair. I just got them today and they are fine. The fit for me seems better than the Radius Atomic Bass. I've been through several iPhone headphones; Apples, Griffins Tunebuds, Radius Atomic Bass. All had issues with the wires breaking down and failing. These J3M wires are supple and there seems to be good strain relief at the headphones and at each end of the microphone/control switch. I'm hoping the plastic wire covering will not harden and start to kink. I can't comment on the sound quality but they seem to be OK for this price range compared to the others I mentioned earlier. I will perform the burn in procedure recommended in the instructions. I'm not a audiophile so I can't compare them to headphones costing more than $100 but so far I'm pleased with the sound quality for music and podcasts.
