Digital camera Review: Amazing camcorder for a great price!
Summary: 5 Stars
After spending some time reviewing some options for entry to mid level high definition camcorders, I decided to go with the JVC GZ-HD620. I based my decision on some of the technical specifications compared to some of the competition, as well as the price. The battery life is not phenomenal, but I have yet to run out of battery power while out and about. I have mainly used this for shooting video of our son, and it does a great job of it. The 120GB hard drive is a great feature as I am not constantly having to swap out memory cards and gives me the versatility to shoot all day without having to worry about running out of space, although it does have a micro sd slot for the ability to record a video and quickly be able to transfer it to a computer. The recording quality is excellent. I love having the built in HDMI output to be able to watch my recorded videos instantly in high definition on my TV. The LCD screen is bright and vivid and is easy to see both indoors and outdoors so I can make sure I am getting the shot I want. Overall a great camera at a great value!
