I just returned this product after a month of use. If the caller was using a land line I couldn't hear them very well. Even after turning up the volume. Which is another thing...there is no visual volume indicator just a beeping noise. So I couldn't tell if I was at the max volume level. To hear callers using land lines I needed to turn off the radio and focus on what they were saying. Worked well when I was parked and the engine was off but that did me no good.Digital camera Review: Can't Beat It For The Price

I was looking for something to use in the car. Most speaker systems are either bulky or require complicated installation. This item works exactly as described. It only took a few minutes to pair with my phone and it clips neatly to the visor. Sound quality is quite good with the windows up. There is some wind noise with either the sunroof open or windows down. That is expected from any speaker system, though. This does exactly what I was looking for. The only complaint I have is the included charger is a car adapter. This is fine, except some cars (including mine) disable the lighter port when the car is not running. This means I can only charge the unit while driving. This is minor inconvenience. I have searched and not found a regular plug charger to work indoors. I'm still giving this unit five stars because the type of adapter is clearly disclosed in the description. It would just be better if there were also a plug adapter. I have had this unit for 4 months now and overall I am satisfied with it's performance, however there are a few problems that keep me from giving the unit more stars. The on off plate is becoming unresponsive, not enough volume to overcome road noise, the volume resets to the lowest level when the unit is turned off so it needs to be reset every time, long recharge times when charging from the lighter socket. indicator lights almost impossible to see in the daylight.Digital camera Review: Couldnt hear a thing

I tried this item, and while people could hear me just fine, the speaker on it is so weak that I had to turn my car off just to hear the other party. going to try the motorola k505 since it can use the car speakers.
