I used this for a CPAP in Spain and England. Since the CPAP had a built in voltage adapter, this was perfect. Because the various plug adapters are built into the case and slide in and out, you don't lose them. Be aware, however, that this is merely a plug adapter, not a converter. If your electronic devise does not have a built in converter to convert voltage, this is not going to convert it for you.
