Digital camera reviews of Kensington 33169 Digital FM Radio and Transmitter for iPods

Digital camera Review: Dissapointing
Summary: 2 Stars

I found very interesting to have the ability to listen my ipod music into my car stereo, without investing in an expensive solution. Although I have tried, it has been impossible so far.

I have also tried in a hifi system without problems, that means the devise works, but promising to listen even in your car, it is too far to be true...

Good but disappointing...

Digital camera Review: Do not buy !!!!
Summary: 1 Stars

It drains out all the power from the ipod within minutes ... pls don't buy ... totally useless product ... if you want you can take from me for free ....

Digital camera Review: Does Not Work
Summary: 1 Stars

I purchased this item thinking it would allow me to receive the FM signals transmitted for the TV's at the gym. It does not pick up any FM signals well, especially the ones I need. I do not recommend this item.

Digital camera Review: Doesn't work with iSkin (and possibly other) covers
Summary: 3 Stars

I have a 4rd Generation 20 GB ipod which I've protected since day one with a iSkin eVo2 cover. The iSkin covers the entire ipod with just a little flap to access the bottom dock port. This Kensington FM Radio & Transmitter won't stay put in the port since it's only long enough to stay put in the port if it's snug up against the bottom of the iPod.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to return this item and stick with my Belkin FM transmitter, which doesn't pick up FM Radio.

Digital camera Review: Don't bother
Summary: 1 Stars

I bought this as a Deal of the Day item and didn't pay very much for it. I still sent it back because its FM transmission to the car radio was so bad. I tried every FM channel on my car radio and still got an unacceptable level of static and noise -- and I don't really get hung up about sound quality. Never tried it as an FM receiver. I only wanted it to play my ipod songs and podcasts on the car radio. Even at half price this was not worth it.
