Digital camera Review: Excellent!!

After talking with several people who had used iPod FM Transmitters, doing research online and at stores, we decided on this one. We chose to go with the transmitter to be able to listen in multiple vehicles for camping, etc. So far I am extremely happy with the decision. It's easy to use -- find three FM stations that are more or less clear (it seems to over-ride weak signals just fine), program those stations into the transmitter, program them into the car radio, plug it in and go. It worked an entire trip to Richmond, VA from Wilmington, NC and back with only one station switch each way.
The only static issue I've encountered is while caravaning in another vehicle. If I get more than two car-lengths or so away from the vehicle where the transmitter is being used, the signal will break up. Of course, that's not what it's designed for and the signal seems to be exceptionally strong. Plus, it charges the iPod battery rather than draining it while in use.
All in all, if this unit holds up as well as it performs, I will be thrilled and would recommend it to anyone!

I read many reviews on all the fm transmitters on all sites and this one had the best response. I have only had it for two days and I love it. It works for where I live (Kentucky). It took me about 2 seconds to get this up and running, and so far, I'm very, very happy with it. I have an '06 Toyota Corolla with a standard radio setup, and I would say that the sound quality is similar to the radio. It is a bit muted, but only slightly. A true audiophile might be disappointed with it at very high volumes (which my car radio isn't great for to begin with) but for someone like me who just wants to be able to take their music with them and charge their ipod batteries at the same time, it's great. Plug and go ... awesome little gadget. Only issue came up when in New York for a weekend. Fewer radio frequencies to choose from which I suppose happens in all metropolitian areas. Highly recommend for anyone with iPod and car not pre-wired.

This is by far the best designed iPod charger/FM transmitter I have ever used. Compact, no batteries needed, and clear sound even in big cities. It can be tough to see the display during sunny days, but this is ultimately a minor problem. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product.
